Jared Friess, MBA
CEO
Jared Friess brings over a decade of leadership in the automotive service industry. He began his career at Jiffy Lube in 2012, serving as Franchise Marketing Manager and Sales Lead, before rising to Franchise Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, he led business development and operations as Vice President for 1178441 BC LTD., the parent company of Motherlode and Speedy Petey’s Quick Lube. In October 2024, Jared became CEO of JT Auto Group, where he now oversees strategic growth and operations across all locations. He holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
Tristan Friess, MBA

Tristan Friess has built a strong foundation in automotive service and operations. He began his career as a Sales and Service Technician at Jiffy Lube from 2016 to 2018, before joining 1178441 BC LTD., parent company of Motherlode and Speedy Petey’s Quick Lube, as a Marketing Associate. In 2020, he was promoted to Marketing Manager, a role he held until 2024. Since October 2024, Tristan has served as COO of JT Auto Group, where he leads daily operations and strategic execution. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Yorkville University and an MBA in Finance from the Australian Institute of Business.
